After beginning the practice of genuine appreciation sent via thank you cards, Brigitte’s salon staff started to experience “word of mouth referrals,” and the salon started to see major growth. Whenever someone new came into her salon/spa, she would ask, “How did you hear about us?” Overwhelmingly, people replied, “You showed my friend (family member, coworker) you care, and you always followed up.”

Today Brigitte trains business owners and entrepreneurs how to become professional networkers and bigger thinkers when incorporating Appreciation Marketing into their budgets. She teaches that you can attend networking events to receive referrals, but unless you express your heartfelt
appreciation, the relationship will be short-lived.
