Michael Dugbartey truly exemplifies the values of Appreciation Marketing. As a young boy, Michael was raised in a culture of abundance, and learned to embrace life with positivity and appreciation. A top soccer player and All-American in college, Michael learned critical life skills by being part of a team. He now shares his talent and passion for the game by coaching youth soccer. Now a highly motivated young professional with finely-honed leadership qualities, Michael’s goal is to create a culture of abundance, while teaching and living as an example of appreciation. Michael is a lifelong learner, consistently gathering success stories of his clients in life and in business; he especially enjoys helping people achieve success in areas where they may be struggling. He shows by example that life is a place to have fun and be happy. He has built strong relationships with his warm smile, genuine interest in his clients’ success, and his unshakable core values.

He’s evolved into a business specialist through his positions with domestic powerhouses and international companies, currently working as a top salesperson for a New York City telecommunications firm. He has also become a leader in network marketing over the past 10 years, helping train and develop leaders through speaking and training for several companies.

Michael has a Business Management degree from St. John Fisher College and served as vice president of the New York City chapter of Business Networking International (BNI). He lives in New Jersey with his wife Dilenia and newborn son Milan.
